Last updated 24 September 2026. This page describes what happens on cellworksco.com. It does not cover Etsy, which has its own policy.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising scripts, and has no contact form, no account and no newsletter. There is nothing here that collects a name, an email address or a payment detail, because everything that needs those happens on Etsy instead.

That is also why you are not looking at a cookie banner. Under the ePrivacy rules a banner is required when a site stores or reads information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary. This one does not, so asking you to click a button would be theatre.

What the hosting provider sees

The site is served by a hosting provider, which like every web server receives the technical information a browser sends in order to deliver a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser and operating system version, and the page you came from. This is used to serve the site and to protect it from abuse, and it is not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you. We do not have a dashboard where individual visitors can be looked up.

The free checklist

The PDF downloads directly. No email address is asked for and none is recorded, so there is no list you can end up on by downloading it.

Links to Etsy

Buying happens on Etsy. Once you follow a link to a listing you are on Etsy's website and Etsy's privacy policy applies: they handle the payment, the download and any data involved in the order. We never receive your card details or your address. We see only what any shop owner sees about an order — the buyer name and the order itself — through the Etsy seller tools.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with equivalent rules, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to your data protection authority. Since this website holds no personal data, such a request will usually be about an Etsy order — write to [email protected] and we will tell you exactly what exists and where.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics, a form or a mailing list, this page is updated before that goes live and the date at the top changes. Anything that requires consent will ask for it properly.
